Local and Travel Tournaments
- 4 Spring Tournaments
- 4 Summer Tournaments
2 Team Practices Per Week
- Focus on skill development, team concepts, and open run/live play
Access to our Online Community
- Includes online meetups, at-home workouts, progress tracking tools, and other online resources

Spring: March 2nd - May 31st (12 weeks)
Summer: June 8th - August 30th (12 weeks)
Fall: September 1st - October 25th (8 weeks)

Our AAU Summer Tryout for girls in 4th-12th grade just concluded on Sunday May 31, 2026.
